I know I haven’t been writing that much, but there has not been much to tell. I am still drinking Joylent daily, blending it and enjoying it. I also eat normal food, when it is offered to me, so I am not doing a pure Joylent “challenge”, as Lee Primeau is doing.
My friend told me a few days ago, that my face seems to be smaller. She described my face to have been bloated before, little bit of sagging and she thinks it’s because of Joylent, my skin has tightened up. Might be all the vitamins and minerals helping it, since before I didn’t get any of the vitamins and minerals a body needs in a day. So thats a good thing.
Now, for my plans on summer, are following. I got a summer job, yay, and I will be doing my commute on a bicycle, I calculated using Google Maps, that my daily cycling just from going to work and getting back, is 34.6km. So there is going to be a lot of cycling, my job is 3.5 months long and I will be working 5 days a week. So everyone can calculate how much cycling that is. This is going to be fun :).
I will be getting a fitness test next month and posting the results here, then after my summer job, I will go and do another fitness test and compare the results. The test will consist of a InBody 720 body composition analyzing, cardiovascular measurement (aerobic fitness), grip strength and then I get a report on it. Oh and I will post a picture of myself with the results, I will try to get a English version of the paper, so that I don’t have to translate that much from it.
So let’s see how things go.
